Commission Info
Important
Communication is KEY. This is your reference sheet and should be tailored to your liking. I will give you multiple updates and you'll be able to make changes at any point. If there is something you'd like me to change or fix, please don't be afraid to let me know.Things I need to know-Background color, design, etc.
-What you want the colored sketch to be (head, fullbody pose, zoom in on a specific part)
-What changes I need to make to the creatures design (bigger wings, more spikes, missing limbs, etc.)
-What your character is going to be holding in the chibi
Prices
Full reference sheet (fullbody flat + chibi + 1-2 colored sketches) -> 65-75 usd
Reference sheet (fullbody flat) -> 45 usd
Add chibi -> +15 usd per chibiNot doing rendered illustrations because I don't have enough examplesBackground color can be changed. I can also do a pattern or simple design if desired (free of charge:)).

Time
The time it takes to finish your commission varies. It will take 1 week - 3 weeks max. to finalize depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, work, and the days off I take.
Commercial use
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You may upload the commissioned social channels.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
Copyright
The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.Claiming the artwork as your ownAltering the artwork without my consentIn some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.
Refund policy
No refunds after the confirmed sketchIf for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If there is no reply from the commissioner for min. 2 weeks, I can either scrap or sell commissioned artwork. No refundsIf you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
